Hosting and server logs
Hostinger operates the website hosting. Technically necessary connection data can include IP address, request time, requested address and browser information. We do not claim that provider logs are universally anonymised. Processing supports secure operation under legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Forms and interest list
We process your name, email, message, language and optional pilot interest to handle your request personally. Form data is stored in a private server area outside the public web directory. No automatic reply or newsletter email is sent. A request does not confirm a newsletter subscription or admission to a pilot. Pending form records expire after 90 days. Older existing waitlist records remain separate and are not automatically contacted again. Correspondence can be retained to complete the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR; optional additional consent can be withdrawn.
Abuse prevention
Forms use an essential security session. A short-lived computational challenge is checked by the server. Hashed rate limits apply per IP, email address and globally; stale counters are cleared. IP addresses are hashed with a private key rather than stored in plain text in the form database. The email domain receives a DNS check. No external CAPTCHA provider is embedded. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email and recipients
Migadu-Mail GmbH in Switzerland provides personal mailboxes. Hosting and technically necessary service providers may process data on our behalf. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Contact details are not sold as AI training data. Notifications to our contact mailbox are transmitted through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the submitted form details for this purpose. No automatic email is sent to an unverified submitted address. Incoming correspondence is forwarded to an organisational mailbox for central handling. That mailbox uses Namecheap Private Email, whose email servers are in the USA. Forwarding includes message content and sender and recipient details.
Cookies and local storage
There are no advertising or analytics trackers, embedded social media pixels or externally loaded fonts. Your privacy choice is remembered in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Remembering your language is optional and off by default. You can change it through Privacy settings. Essential security sessions support forms only. Session retention also depends on browser settings; a form challenge becomes invalid on the server after ten minutes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact contact@fejlja.com. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Danish Datatilsynet. Mandatory rights and obligations remain unaffected.
No production AI journal on this website
Do not enter health data, other people’s personal data, credentials or confidential journal entries in these forms. A future app or model integration needs its own explanation of actual technical processing and privacy arrangements.
